Cavallo supplies the personnel, the protocols, and the calm that make the room feel safe — from the marble lobby of a downtown tower to a 3,200-guest charity gala on Granville Island.

Hotels to red-carpet premieres.
Most of our work is repeat.
We staff across four core service lines, each with its own specialist team and lead. The training differs. The standard does not. Pick the line that fits, or talk to us — we'll recommend the right fit, even if it isn't us.
Hotel concierges, residential towers, corporate floors. Hospitality-trained officers who belong in the room.
Galas, premieres, fundraisers, sporting fixtures. Six-week planning, one accountable lead on the night.
Marked vehicles, random timed sweeps, 12-min response. GPS-verified check-ins and a paper-trail for every site visit.
Discreet close protection for principals, family offices, and visiting delegations. Advance teams, secure transport.
Two security firms in a row picked the brutalist direction. The one that picked editorial sent us a thank-you note.
— A pattern we keep seeing
Cavallo was founded in 2014 because the founder spent a single uncomfortable evening at a private event where the security was loud, the staff were under-trained, and a minor incident escalated because nobody on post knew the protocol. The next morning, he started a different kind of company.
Today, we work with hotels, private estates, galleries, film productions, and Fortune-500 firms across British Columbia. The mandate hasn't changed. The roster now numbers 180+ officers, a 24/7 dispatch operation in downtown Vancouver.
